About Riccardo Baldoni:
Riccardo is an Italian certified public accountant (dottore commercialista) and legal auditor (revisore legale).
He holds a master’s degree in Economics and Commerce awarded by Universita’ Politecnica delle Marche and a postgraduate master in Corporate finance and management control awarded by Universita’ di Pisa.
Before moving to Malta, Riccardo was the Chief Financial Officer of an important Italian public limited company active in the ICT market and the General Manager of a software house located in northern Italy.
Riccardo also directed tax and accounting due diligences within the acquisition processes of one of the largest German companies listed on the German Stock Index DAX.
Riccardo holds an extensive experience in particular in the field of mergers and acquisitions, management control systems, business organization and procedures, and accounting systems.
He is the author of some publications, the last of which published by the Italian technical journal Controllo di Gestione (IPSOA).
