About Katrina Pure-Ogundziofora:
Katrina graduated from University of Latvia with Bachelor’s degree in Law in 2017.
Right after graduating, she started her career in Riga District Court as a Judicial Secretary and a Judicial Assistant, handling the Administrative and Criminal court cases.
Katrina decided to move to Malta in 2018 to gain new experience exclusively in the administration sector abroad.
Katrina works in Griffiths + Associates Advisory Ltd as a Corporate Administrator since March 2020.
She is responsible for managing and maintaining portfolios of client entities in good standing, attending to clients’ queries, assisting clients with opening and closing corporate and private bank accounts, liaising with banks and financial institutions, preparing company registers, drafting corporate documents for review and arranging for their execution and filing with the Malta Business Registry, and performing general corporate administration duties as well as assisting with compliance matters and verification of due diligence as required by local law and internal KYC policies.
