We are pleased to announce the visit of Prof. Tomasz Doroźyński from The Faculty of Economics and Sociology of the University of Lodz, who participated in a Staff Training programme organized by Griffiths + Associates from 18th July to 22nd July.
This took place as part of the Internship Collaboration Agreement between Griffiths + Associates and the University of Lodz under the Erasmus+ programme that supports transnational partnerships among Education institutions and businesses to foster cooperation and bridge the worlds of education and work.
This programme is unique from a personal as well as an academic point of view. Being in an international environment for a few months is the best opportunity to establish intercultural contacts, obtain valuable insight into a different culture, learn a language and grow as a person. The programme allows what it means to live and work alongside people from another culture, and to develop the skills and versatility that are vital especially in the present uneasy environment.
As the Erasmus+ programme emphasises mobility of individuals and cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices, the Staff Training was dedicated to the following points:
- Team management in remote work;
- Working in international environment;
- Working in multi task teams;
- Tutoring & Mentoring; and
- Good practices of cooperation between universities and businesses.
This training was very valuable and useful experience for both sides and we look forward with interest to continued cooperation.
