As our Firm continues to grow, we are widening our Advisory Department team. We are seeking to recruit an efficient, dedicated and reliable Advisory-Banking Assistant to work on a full-time basis in a flexible hybrid model (Mix of Work from home and office) under the general guidance and supervision of the Advisory Manager, and within the limits of the established policies and procedures working on.


  • Bank accounts/other financial institutions accounts opening and maintenance;
  • Liaising with banks for any matter related to the above as well as KYC requests coming from banks, including provision of supporting documents; and
  • Handling anything else connected to the above.


  • Minimum of 2 years working in a banking environment and / or CSP work with experience in opening bank accounts
  • Motivational and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, responsible and reliable
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command in English

  • Full Time (40 hours/week)
  • Working hours for full timers: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm with a degree of flexibility.
