As our Firm continues to grow, we are expanding our Advisory Department and aspire to recruit an efficient, dedicated, and reliable Advisory-Banking Assistant to work on a full-time basis in a friendly flexible & hybrid environment under the general guidance and supervision of the Advisory Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Bank accounts/other financial institutions accounts opening and maintenance;
  • Liaising with banks for any matters related to the above as well as KYC requests coming from banks, including provision of supporting documents; and
  • Handling anything else connected to the above.

REQUIRED SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 2 years working within a banking environment and / or CSP work with experience in opening bank accounts
  • Motivational and strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, responsible and reliable
  • Attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent command of the English language

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Hybrid work model that integrates flexibility to work from the comfort of your home and the office
  • Indefinite Contract
  • Full Time 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5:00pm with a degree of flexibility
